Crystal healing is an alternative technique for healing and strengthening the body. For thousands of years crystals have been used for adornment and to influence life’s course. Recognised in almost every culture, the Ancients believed that crystals contained magical properties. Healing crystals contain perfectly arranged and organised structures which emit a constant frequency or vibration. Depending on their composition and colour each crystal has its own unique therapeutic properties. By placing selected healing crystals or stones gently onto various areas of the body, crystal healing aims to restore balance and well-being by correcting the flow and removing blockages of subtle energies on all levels.
